GREY FOX SLOW JAM TENT

(Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Slow Jam Tent

At the Grey Fox Slow Jam Tent, entry-level players of all ages are encouraged to jam with others at their own speed. Our patient Slow Jam mentors, under the direction of Paul Dube, guide new pickers through well-known bluegrass songs, chord by chord, and provide helpful pointers such as how to tune your instrument, when to take a break, when to back off, what chords to expect, and more basics of jam etiquette. Our newest venue, the Slow Jam Tent is growing in popularity each year. So bring your instrument and join the fun!

"I having been attending the festival since I was five years old now at the parenting age of thirty, bringing my own children is awesome! My two daughters love the festival so much that there were actual tears when we were leaving on Sunday afternoon, and the questioning began of when we can come back."
