AD PREPARATION: • Ads must be CAMERA-READY, EXACT SIZE and CORRECT COLOR & RESOLUTION. • If your ad is black and white, please do not send color ad.
RESOLUTION: • Our program book is a high resolution commercially printed publication. • Ads and images must be at a resolution of 300 dpi. • Web images are normally only 72-100 dpi and are therefore unacceptable.
PREFERRED FILE FORMAT: Adobe Acrobat PDF • Created at 300 dpi with fonts & images embedded, saved for Macintosh. • For other acceptable formats and/or questions about ad preparation, contact Mary Burdette: burdette@greyfoxbluegrass.com; 607-330-1727; Cell: 603-677-2178.
WHERE TO SEND YOUR AD: • If under 7MB, e-mail directly to Mary Burdette • If over 7MB, ship on CD with payment by June 1 to Mary Burdette 10477 Cross Street Hammondsport, NY 14840 • Shipped files must be saved on a CD with a paper copy as a proof.
